In October 2002 we purchased a one acre parcel in an old Christmas tree farm near Sequim, WA.  In May of 2003, we decided to relocate to that site and started the process of planning, ordering and preparing our new home. We decided on a Palm Harbor model because it seemed best suited to our living style, and could take full advantage of our gorgeous view of the Olympic Mountains to the south of us.
